Elle.Be.O exists because modern beauty professionals are personal brands, and the infrastructure has not caught up. Your reputation should be visible, portable and commercially valuable. That is what we set out to build, and why we earn alongside you rather than from a cut of your work.

Elle.Be.O is the trusted operating and reputation layer for premium beauty professionals. In one place, you run your business, are discovered by the right clients, and grow your name, inside a curated network that protects the value of being included.
It is deliberately premium. Clients do not browse an open directory; they enter a gated environment where every professional has been vetted and verified. Curation is the point. When inclusion means something, so does your place in it.
You set your own prices and keep your full service fee. You own your client relationships. Elle.Be.O never takes a commission on your work, and earns instead through a modest membership, a small client booking fee and optional tools.

Elle.Be.O is built around the individual professional, not a venue and not a single category. It works whether you are independent, salon-based, chair-renting, mobile, freelance or clinic-based. The infrastructure stays the same; only where you stand changes.

You get the professional infrastructure that larger businesses spend heavily to build, all in one place: bookings, payments, client records, reputation and marketing, with protection and safety designed in, including for mobile and in-home work, at a price built for one professional running their own business.
Salon-safe by design
Elle.Be.O is not asking you to leave, and it does not reward you for going independent. It lists you as a trusted individual, not your salon, builds your profile, and brings you premium clients who book in and spend, which benefits the room around you. It can sit on top of salon-approved systems such as Fresha, Phorest, Kitomba and Cliniko, and does not interfere with how your salon runs its calendar or its business.
A stronger personal brand does not empty a salon. It fills it.

Your profile is verified, and your standing is built on real signals: confirmed identity and credentials, genuine reviews, and endorsements from respected peers. This reputation belongs to you, and travels with you between studios, salons, clinics and cities.

Elle.Be.O Pro is designed to hold your bookings and calendar, client records, reminders, reviews and, where payments are processed through the platform, income and payouts through Stripe Connect. The admin that usually eats your evenings lives in one place and largely runs itself.

Because the network is gated and curated, the clients you meet are accountable and high in intent. They have created an account, they are serious about booking, and they are looking for quality. For the categories that call for it, a consultation-first pathway helps make sure the fit is right before anyone sits down.

Clients pay a deposit when they book, which protects your time, supports fewer no-shows and confirms the booking is real. Payments flow securely, with a clear, fair process for cancellations and disputes.

Identity and credential verification, encrypted records, human oversight, an in-app SOS and a client-facing safety layer through the Guardian Hub are all part of the platform. For anyone working mobile or in a client's home, this matters.

Cosmetic medicine is treated as its own category. Clinical responsibility stays with the practitioner, and advertising, consent, records and visibility are designed to respect current AHPRA guidance. Elle.Be.O is built to support compliant visibility and a sound operational structure, not to ask anyone to cut corners or put their registration at risk.

Elle.Be.O is designed to complement, not replace. Bookings can route into salon and clinic systems already in place, so taking part does not mean asking anyone to change how they run their day.

Elle.Be.O is invitation-led by design. Not everyone is accepted, and that is the point. If membership were open to anyone, being included would mean nothing.
You are reading this because a founding category leader counts you among some of the most respected professionals in your category. That is the most selective way in, and being considered through a leader is itself a mark of professional standing.
There are a few ways a professional comes to be considered, and every one leads to a single, consistent standard.

A recommendation can move you up the queue, but it never lowers the bar, and final acceptance rests with Elle.Be.O. You are not being asked to prove yourself from scratch; you are being recognised for a reputation you have already built.
13 · Founding privileges
Being among the first hand-picked into Elle.Be.O carries lasting advantages, held for as long as you remain an active founding member.
Privilege one
As one of the first professionals personally recruited by a founding category leader, your first 12 months of Signature membership are complimentary. After that first year you keep the Signature package, but pay only the Essentials price of $59 a month for as long as you remain an active founding member, subject to the platform's founding member terms. You are never charged the standard Signature rate. Growth Studio can be added at the founding rate of $40 a month.
Privilege two
Growth Studio is available to founding professionals as a $40 a month add-on, and it becomes complimentary in any calendar month you complete 30 or more bookings through Elle.Be.O. In quieter months you can keep it at the founding rate, or simply switch it off. It is grounded in real work, not in chasing numbers.

Growth Studio is complimentary in any month you complete 30 or more bookings through Elle.Be.O — stay active and your marketing engine is on us.
The 30% booking deposit is paid by the client to secure the booking. It protects your reserved time, reduces no-shows and is applied to the service. If the client cancels late or does not attend, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or cannot provide the service, the client is refunded the deposit plus any client booking fee.
You do not pay the 30% deposit. It is paid by the client and applied to your service.

A founding privilege, rewarded
Your judgement has value. It also carries responsibility.
Being a founding professional means more than a place on the platform. It means your judgement counts.
When you endorse a professional you genuinely rate, you help bring them forward for review. Elle.Be.O still makes the final call, so your name only sits beside people who meet the standard. And when someone you have endorsed is approved and starts taking eligible bookings, you may share in the reward.
Endorsement is two things at once. It is a way to help shape the circle of professionals around you, and it is recognised, financially, when the people you back deliver.
Endorsement can create upside, but it also carries responsibility.
How endorsement works
You endorse a professional you genuinely rate.
Elle.Be.O reviews them.
If approved, they become affiliated with their two qualifying endorsers inside Elle.Be.O's reputation layer.
Once approved and active, the two qualifying endorsers may earn for six months.
Endorsement increases review priority. It does not guarantee approval.
The reward, simply put
Elle.Be.O allocates a $2 endorsement pool per eligible booking. Two qualifying endorsers share it, so each may receive $1 per eligible booking for the first six months.
How the timing works
Your endorsing window
From the day you become active on Elle.Be.O, you have six months to make qualifying endorsements. Join on 1 September, and you can make qualifying endorsements up until 1 March.
Each reward window
Every approved professional you endorse can earn you $1 per eligible booking for six months from the day they become active on the platform. Each reward window always runs for a full six months.
Endorse on 6 September. That approved professional can earn you rewards until 6 March.
Endorse on 4 February. That approved professional can earn you rewards until 4 August, beyond your own endorsing window.
Endorse on 2 March, after your endorsing window has closed. The endorsement does not qualify for rewards.
Each reward window runs for a full six months. The sooner you endorse strong professionals, the sooner those windows can begin.

You are one of two qualifying endorsers for a professional. They are approved by Elle.Be.O and complete around 40 eligible marketplace bookings per month.

Accountability
Endorsement is not throwaway, and it is not temporary. Anyone you help bring into Elle.Be.O remains connected to your profile inside the platform's reputation layer while they are part of the network.
That link runs both ways. When the professionals you endorse do excellent work, maintain strong ratings and conduct themselves well, it can strengthen your standing. When they fall short on quality or conduct, or behave dishonestly, that may reflect back on your profile too.
This is by design. It is what keeps endorsement meaningful, holds everyone accountable for the network they support, and keeps Elle.Be.O worth being part of. This is not about sending names through a door. It is about putting your judgement behind people you would be proud to stand beside. Do that, and the system can reward you. Endorse carelessly, and it may affect your scores and your future eligibility to endorse.
Endorsement is a reflection of your judgement. Treat it that way.
Your endorsement stays connected to your reputation
Every professional you endorse remains affiliated to your profile inside Elle.Be.O's reputation system while they are part of the network. This protects the standard of the platform. Endorsements are not anonymous and they are not throwaway recommendations.
When someone you endorse performs well, maintains strong ratings, behaves professionally and strengthens the platform, it can reflect positively on your affiliation network score.
If someone you endorse repeatedly falls below Elle.Be.O's standard, receives poor ratings, behaves poorly or dishonestly, creates safety or trust concerns, or damages the client or professional experience, it may affect your affiliation network score and your future endorsement eligibility.
The point is simple: you are rewarded for backing quality, and you remain accountable for the people you back.
Only endorse professionals whose work, conduct and standards you would be comfortable attaching to your own reputation.
Strong endorsed professionals can support your affiliation network score and strengthen your standing inside the platform.
Low standards, poor conduct or repeated quality issues from endorsed professionals may affect your score and your future endorsement eligibility.
Affiliation scores, endorsement eligibility and reward payments are governed by Elle.Be.O platform terms, founding member terms and Elle.Be.O's discretion.

Endorsement is one of the quiet privileges of being here early. Use it well, and it rewards you twice: once in what you earn, and once in the company you keep.
